Terms and Conditions for Verba Global

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Verba Global ("we," "our," "us") and the agreement between you ("Client," "you," "your") and Verba Global. By purchasing coaching sessions, accessing our services, or engaging with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Verba Global offers personalised English coaching services tailored to professionals seeking to enhance their language skills for business, leadership, communication, and career development. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions, learning resources, and access to our members-only learning tools.

2. Coaching Session Bookings

Session Availability: Sessions are available by appointment and must be booked using the scheduling link provided after purchase.

Package Sessions: Coaching packages (e.g., 5 or 10-session packs) must be used within the specified time frame. Any sessions not used within this time frame will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any session cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to full charge.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will result in shortened sessions. Sessions are still charged in full regardless of the length of the session.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices for individual sessions and packages are clearly displayed on our website and are subject to change. By purchasing, you agree to the pricing in effect at the time of purchase.

Payment: Payment for coaching services must be made in advance. 

Discounts: Discounts may be offered for multi-session packages or promotions. All discount details are provided at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Initial Consultation: Clients who are not satisfied with their Initial Consultation are eligible for a full refund.

Coaching Packages: No refunds are available for multi-session packages once the first session has been used. For unused sessions within a package, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Learning Tools: Access to learning tools is included with coaching services and is non-refundable once granted.

5. Client Responsibilities

Commitment: Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions and fully participate in the coaching process.

Communication: Clients should provide adequate notice if they need to reschedule a session.

Feedback: Clients are encouraged to share feedback on the coaching process to ensure continued improvement of services.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Materials: All content provided by Verba Global, including coaching materials, learning resources, and any proprietary content, is owned by Verba Global. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal and professional development during their coaching sessions.

Prohibited Use: Clients are not authorised to distribute, sell, or reproduce any content without express permission from Verba Global.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Verba Global is not liable for any damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, resulting from your use of our services.

We make no guarantees regarding the success or outcomes of coaching sessions. Client results depend on personal commitment and engagement with the coaching process.

9. Termination of Agreement

Verba Global reserves the right to terminate this agreement and suspend services if a client engages in behaviour deemed inappropriate or if payment terms are violated.

Clients may also terminate this agreement by notifying Verba Global in writing if they wish to discontinue services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

11. Amendments

Verba Global reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
